    This month’s speaker is Clay McCausland, District Representative for Congressman Fred Upton

    “Legislative Update”

    Are you confused by the nightly news about what is going on in Washington, D.C.? Get some answers and ask some questions.  Please plan to attend this legislative update by Fred Upton’s District Representative, Clay McCausland.  

    It is possible that Representative Fred Upton will attend and join us for lunch; if he is in town.  He can’t make a firm commitment as of this notice since his schedule in Washington is ever changing, especially with his duties as part of the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction. 

    Yes, we are back at the Comfort Suites, just off I-94 at Exit 29.   Lunch will be $10.00 for members and guest attendees are $20.  Lunch will once again be catered by Panera’s.  Any checks should be made payable to the Human Resources Council of Southwestern Michigan.  The meeting fee includes lunch.  Please RSVP to Rosie Cox via email at rcox@blinfo.com by the end of the day on Friday, October 14, 2011.  Cancellations must also be received by Rosa by October 14th.
