    The Presentation Topic is ... Hazardous Materials, Compliance in the Workplace.

    This presentation will cover some of the regulatory requirements of the US EPA and the US DOT regarding Hazardous Materials (HAZ MAT). You will learn some techniques to manage hazardous waste generated at your site and to ship and receive hazardous materials (HazMat). Derived from 20+ years of experience, these techniques have been accepted and proven beneficial on the shop floor and to the bottom line.
     

    Experienced EHS Manager specializing in the hazardous waste regulations of the the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and their application at industrial facilities. This includes providing the initial and annual training for Hazardous Waste Personnel per 40 CFR 265.16.
    Provided high-quality HazMat Employee training as required by 49 CFR 172, Subpart H.
    A licensed Asbestos Inspector in Wisconsin and Illinois. Completed inspections of structures prior to disturbance or demolition per the requirements of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP).
