    The Topic for May is...

Drawing and Keeping Talent with the

    Help of Pavlov’s Dog

Our Speaker is Dave Doetsch, President/General Manager of

    WSJM, Inc.

Twenty-six years of direct advertising sales exerience working one on one with business owner of various shapes, sizes and industries.  Have won two separate industry awards (Mid-West Effy Award in 1997 and the IBA Campaign Award in 2006) for recruitment based campaigns in that window of time.  Twenty-three of those twenty-six years in the role of management with the responsibility of recruiting salespeople, sales support staff, programming staff, engineering staff, IT staff and top level executives.

The goal is simply, outline what true branding is (sadly the word has been a bit bastardized over the years), why it matters to a business in 2017 and beyond, and how it can help in the area of recruiting potential candidates as well as retain your current staff.  There will be activities to share how branding works in the brain, how it impacts different generations and how it is applied on a daily basis once they become a part of your team.
