The Presentation Topic is ... Legislative Update
Kevin is an employment and labor relations attorney representing management in numerous areas including: general employment advice; collective bargaining, arbitration; union avoidance advice and campaigns; employment-related litigation; NLRB, MERC, EEOC and MDCR proceedings; employee handbooks & personnel policies; defense of wage and hour claims; and training of managers and supervisors. He has successfully defended corporations and municipalities in state and federal courts and several of the cases he tried resulted in published decisions. Kevin is a widely published author of scholarly articles on legal issues and was a contributing writer for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Employment Law Handbook. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, a Super Lawyer and an inductee of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers.
